The India/Hindustan Partition Act-1947 should be slightly amended to allow the Hindus of Bangladesh to be taken to Hindustan and given citizenship there, and similarly, the Muslims of Hindustan should be taken to Bangladesh / Pakistan and given citizenship there.

Well tbf, Bangladesh currently has a much larger population of Hindu’s living in Bangladesh today compared to Kashmir. Hence why a much stronger stance needs to be adopted and action should and will eventually prevail in time.
