I agree with Daniel here. If Vivek Khatju and Gaurav starts raising American Human rights abuse , then how are they questioning Canada raising Indian human rights abuse in Kashmir. It is better India questions on the Canadas duplicity rather than calling it racism. If you look at Vivek K’s position he is not willing to condemn India’s soft pedaling of these khalistanis by influence etc. unless India acts on the Khalistanis with all might and also starts hurting Canada with trade, and keeps talking about racism etc , I don’t see Canada responding

Just an example, if you apply for US visa, can you insist for grant of visa or ask for the reason for refusal?
