The likes of Saurav Ganguly bowled a lot at 125-129 kmph and were effective in swinging conditions. I don’t see anything wrong in Marnus bowling bouncers at 135 kmph. It didn’t work and there’s no shame

As Nathan said there isn't anyone standing out at Shield level.

Your best batsman Smith was literally at his knees against Jaspreet on the first delivery he faced in the first innings....he had no clue what was going on in the middle of the ground and where the ball is going...plumb LBW on the very first delivery before he could open his eyes.....a treat to watch. (He could not mark his presence in the second innings, too.) The world has not seen such humiliating dismissals of your top order batsmen on Australian Soil. Accept that Jassi the great...world's no. 1 all formats bowler,( and a caption by chance...incidentally but splendidly) is there to destroy your top class batsmen. What else can Indian fans wish for. Be ready for more spicy stuff from the Indian side in batting and bowling. Upgrade your standards.....🤗! ❤ U Bros...! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

Trying out a new batter is good at this stage itself. As it is Marnus is not contributing much and might need a break. Even if the new batter fails it wont affect much considering current form of Marnus. If new batter clicks, it will be a win win situation.

The oft spoken / suggested idea of going back to days format in Sheild / Ranji format is all good....but at times just hitting the reset button & hitting the nets under ur coach, is a more acceptable thing to do. Mistakes in tech & temperament accumulate over extended periods of exposure to international ckt. Drills, drills & more drills followed by a little simulation never harmed one.

Apart from anything else Marnus looks like a rabbit in the headlights every time he walks out.

Smith Labuchagne Carey,and Cummins the old left handed opener: prove they're not up to it before everyone's eyes.

The conditions in which india lost to Newzealand in India is purely because of spin, especially legspin. But the conditions in Australia is different. Current Indian team always has chances against pace bowling.

Even if NZ plays it's all time best 11 they wouldn't be able to beat India in India 3-0

Can you explain that NZ has one legit Legspin bowler and he only played the last test I think.
@nrgchittiКүн бұрын
Its just 1 test loss. Australia will come back hard. Australia is still a potent side with great bowling

...giving Laubuschagne a bowl was an absolute joke...he bowled utter garbage...captain Cummins should be dragged over the coals for such an idiotic decision.

Well wish they'd asked him to pitch it up a bit more...that's how the Indian bowlers got their wickets...yeah it's kind of disappointing to have asked him bowl short

Play Marcus harris ahead of Mcsweeny. Australian debutants don't have the class or skills to face world class bowler like Bumrah. Getting an experienced batsman to open the innings would be a better decision.

Khwaja is the most imposed player on the Aussie side...why is he even playing cause neither can he run nor can he field and most importantly cant do what hes there for i.e bating ...so he should be permanently purged.

He's good at facing the new ball, but his age is catching up.
