These comparison videos are very misleading because there are government run hospitals in India that have terrible hygiene and terrible food. Likewise Indian restaurants or street vendors have just as bad hygiene and food as in Pakistan. This even applies to train or station foods and there are good and bad caterers every where. The only difference is that India has a large rising middle class that is forcing changes and bringing in modernity while in Pakistan poverty and ignorance and old rigidity rules with very little scope for improvement.
