Sorry, I don’t agree that Pakistan needs to be reactive & respond to every real or perceived provocation. It will only create further distrust not just in India, but also with countries where Indian influence is strong. These countries include UAE, Saudi’s, Oman, Italy & Greece, apart from India’s neighbors. These countries are important for Pakistan’s economic survival. No one is stopping Pakistan, but no nation is trusting Pakistan and Pakistan doesn't have anything to offer. Pakistan history reflects truth. Neither it as not set an example in region or it was progressed. Failed nations shldnt speak about other nations activities. You, Pakistan, Govt and Army never learn, change or dream progress.

Why u expecting India to acknowledge Pakistan after long uninterrupted dialogue and it failed by Pakistan as a state. Pakistan minus is peace and progress in the region. For Pakistan, there will be forums where u can cry about R&AW, Kashmir, Indian Muslims Rights and so on.. Even If Pakistan was acknowledged by India, what will Pakistan can offer in the region? Pakistan is irrelevant, Pakistan is nusiance to the region, and Pakistan is black spot also
