I am a frequent commuter who uses dwarka expressway ,Very bad inferior quality road seen water logging during rain , even if its not fully functional already repaired like several times not even properly leveled from many part , and can see heavy flow of traffic already started soon you will witness often traffic jams bikes and small tempos should not be allowed as the car drives at very high speed but still they use this expressway even e-rickshaw also use this road .
