The export of skilled and unskilled labour literally translates to a desperate Economic situation. People should not be forced to go to some foreign country to work because they cannot get that salary or even worse, a job in India.

Considering our population its impossible to prive jobs to all, but when few people go offshore and earn creates jobs for the other people in India as well. Its a good way to bring money back to our country. We all thank the people who are working outside and helping India and their families grow.

But we never deny the role of remittances in Indian economy, it is also very important for India's foreign monetary reserves. With aging population in developed countries, population not educated in STEM subjects and not willing to work hard, they have no choice but to look elsewhere for migrant workers. India with its demography advantage is a natural source of talents for those countries. The Indian diaspora contribute immensely to homeland not only with forex but with tourism, capital investment, technology, knowhow, experience and also in soft power & political influence in the adopted countries. It's win win for all.
