So, to ensure that the ghee you are consuming is made as per ayurveda, ensure it has following - 1. "A2 ghee" should be written on the pack 2. The name of cow breed should be mentioned on the pack and it should only be desi cows (like gir, sahiwal, tharparkar etc.) 3. The reference of "Bilona ghee" should be mentioned on the pack 4. I have bought majority of the brands recommended in the description but the quality is never consistent. Surprisingly, whenever mom makes ghee at home the quality is always the same. It's just that the quantity is not enough for family of 6 so have to order 1 1.5 kg extra. But always found variations in quality.

These are fake ghee only, he got money to promote these brands that’s all. I also bought saree Radhe ghee and that was fully Dalda with chemical mix to smell like ghee. Truth came when I heat it.

We have cows in our farms and all are Indian breeds we pay personal attention to them care and hygiene is well maintained and we get milk from them and as he mentioned we use that bilona method to get ghee from it but its only for our private use not commercially available and there is no harm in it to cows and us both

All desi cows milk is best but when talking about the feed they eat , i would suggest the " Badri "Cow Ghee is the best as this breed is found in the hilly areas where the cattlers leave the cows freely to graze them , where they eat different types of fresh grasses and herbs .

A1 and A2 is a type of protein and ghee doesn't contain any protein so there is no difference between the two. Plus whether you make from cream or by churning curd, it doesn't matter. Although cream method is better as milk can be sold separately as low fat and doesn't go for waste

इसमे असलियत की क्या बात है 700 rs में binola ghee नहीं मिलता ये सब को पता है। सभी ब्रांड दूध की पहली मलाई से ghee बनाते है तभी 700 rs kg में मिल पाता है क्योंकि मलाई निकले दूध को भी single tone में बेच दिया जाता है। और हर कोई 2000rs किलो का ghee नहीं खा सकता। और कलयुग मे गारंटी किसी भी नहीं मानी जा सकती शुरू मे सही product देकर ही बाद में लुटा जाता है। जिसकी जेब मे जितने पैसे होंगे उसी के हिसाब से बात करेगा। ॐ

Any Ghee that is made as per Bilona method can be considered as best, given there is strict no-no to chemical herbicides and pesticides on the farm.
