So, to ensure that the ghee you are consuming is made as per ayurveda, ensure it has following - 1. "A2 ghee" should be written on the pack 2. The name of cow breed should be mentioned on the pack and it should only be desi cows (like gir, sahiwal, tharparkar etc.) 3. The reference of "Bilona ghee" should be mentioned on the pack 4. I have bought majority of the brands recommended in the description but the quality is never consistent. Surprisingly, whenever mom makes ghee at home the quality is always the same. It's just that the quantity is not enough for family of 6 so have to order 1 1.5 kg extra. But always found variations in quality.

We have cows in our farms and all are Indian breeds we pay personal attention to them care and hygiene is well maintained and we get milk from them and as he mentioned we use that bilona method to get ghee from it but its only for our private use not commercially available and there is no harm in it to cows and us both

इसमे असलियत की क्या बात है 700 rs में binola ghee नहीं मिलता ये सब को पता है। सभी ब्रांड दूध की पहली मलाई से ghee बनाते है तभी 700 rs kg में मिल पाता है क्योंकि मलाई निकले दूध को भी single tone में बेच दिया जाता है। और हर कोई 2000rs किलो का ghee नहीं खा सकता। और कलयुग मे गारंटी किसी भी नहीं मानी जा सकती शुरू मे सही product देकर ही बाद में लुटा जाता है। जिसकी जेब मे जितने पैसे होंगे उसी के हिसाब से बात करेगा। ॐ

A1 and A2 are important proteins present in all cow milk. A2 milk is a marketing gimmick of marginally more A2 protein in the milk. So prioritizing A2 milk is naive. Also, ghee is fats - A2 protein is already removed when cream is separated from the milk, so should not be a criteria. Thirdly milk from foreign cows is not wrong. Every animal milk has a different constitution- if the milk or ghee is unadulterated then it can not be shunned just because it is foreign cow ghee. No blind taste test will show the difference , then why false criteria. All these gimmicks are done by sales and advertising teams in order to sell the product at higher price to the customer. Bottom line: unadulterated ghee is great. If you want a more premium product, then purchase organic bilona ghee. Other criteria seem flimsy and false. If you Lifestyle is awful then paying 10 times for organic-bilona-A2-desi-gir-co-ghee will not make any difference

Any Ghee that is made as per Bilona method can be considered as best, given there is strict no-no to chemical herbicides and pesticides on the farm.
