To visit many websites of American origin and European origin- indian search hits are firewalled as spam or malicious because of the reputation of Indian computer scammers whose misdeeds have only now shown ugly repercussions. To get to the sites one sometimes needs a US paid manager which validates the search and allows the website to respond - which is often not affordable for the price in US dollars, sometimes international payment options don't work sometimes suspecting a scamming attempt some websites firewall indian searches. There are vpn's which I never used- but perhaps that's not the solution because AI training depends on perhaps normal networking and not always through vpn in the AI network. Perhaps the architecture of AI is dismissive of the networking through vpn. Its simply unclear how AI can be trained to browse big data resources of the net if done in India
