The partition was very ill conceived. It lacked preparation, planning and control. Humans are related by land not by religion. What a tragedy of lives! Humans slaughtered, humans butchered, families ruined,, families tortured. What ensued was even worse. I do not rejoice the meeting of these brothers as much I am embittered by the death of their Mother, killing herself as she did not see any hope, future or purpose. Can you feel the anguish these men and women must have gone through? What a pain, what a shame!
