This is a message to several people down @santoshpillai6296 don't blame unknowingly, good quality paneer comes for less than 300 RS per kilo if the make inhouse. And a kilo of paneer can be served for more than 20 people roughly in a curry with gravy of their consistency, more over street vendors give the best food compared to restaurants, because their food is affordable no stale food will be there and every thing will be emptied before closing, above all these the local small vendor's business runs only based on their food quality and goodwill.
