Actually Pakistan Occupied Kashmir is POK. Indian side Kashmir is legally joined India with agreement signed by India, Maharaja of Kashmir witnessed and signed by Lord Mountbatten. So Pakistan should and must vacate the part of POK as early as possible. Since the birth of Pakistan its activities are dubious which still follows and practices. History in Pakistan books also don't tell that the King Raja Hari Singh also wanted to have separate kingdom and didn't want to merge both with India and Pakistan.But in 1947-48 when Pakistan attacked Kashmir the King got worried and afraid and requested India to intervene. But Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel told him that we cant intervene till king signs declaration that they are merging with India. So the King signed the declaration to join India and India attacked Pakistan so save partial Kashmir.

And after knowing the fact that hair Singh had signed to join indian to protect his province from the Muslim invasion again, Pakistan attacked kashmir, and we in defense of Kashmir fought back. hindus were there in Kashmir, these Mughals invaded it and converted them into Muslims: Kashmir is ours, as it was back then: JAI HIND.
