Documenting the life of a 89 year old KiteMaker, Ali Nawab Sahab in his own words. This film is about a man who is considered as the Master of making kites. Ali Nawab Sahab, a resident of old Lucknow has also given his kites to Mr. Dileep Kumar (Actor). His work and life journey is indeed very motivating.

Ali nawab,Ashik Ali,Babu lal, shyam lal ,Manohar,. These people were gems and gifted by God to make this art. I ve flown his kites and let me tell you no one can make that better. Patang k jhol se lekar or khoobsurati patang k kaanp or kamaan (dandi/) mai dekhi ja sakti thi. Ab patangbaazi khatam ho chuki hai jab se plastic ki dor/maanza aya hai. Upar wale ki niyamat har kisi pe nhi hoti. Kuch log hi navaaze jate hain aisi kala ko banane k liye Last patang maine inka 5 saal pehle 35 ₹ ka liya tha.

I still remember the days when I used to run over for kites, thing that really saddens me that kite flying is almost dead in Karachi . I miss this sport alot.and I pray one day that the relations between India and Pakistan will improveso that we could visit your country and fly kites together.
