I have been binge watcing this conclave on this Channel. Times has done a wonderful event. Watching this immediately after watching Mr. Gadkari's interveiew. These two are like Zameen and aasman. Padmaja in gadkari's interview was so restraint never interupted Nitin. But in this Navika could not get away from the Television News room mentality. For one Mr. Goyal is not a panel member, as a viewer I wanted to hear more from him and his government's step. She unnecessarily pulled Rahul in this. A serious suggestion make this a apolitical event, we are eager to hear from horse's mouth be it any party office bearer.

Now India has the upper hand to negotiate the same transfer of technology with an economic partnership with the USA and Taiwan to meet the Climate Change challenge. Like how the QUAD decided to manufacture American vaccines in India. But unlike China, India is more reliable and we don't turn on our partners.

How can anyone claim that there is rule of law in India? Legal system is completely broken and not an option for corporates to enforce contracts. 30 million cases pending. all major jurisdictions have around 40 percent judgeships vacant. there are no separate courst for civil or business disputes. a corrupt and rent seeking bureaucracy make doing business in india very challenging and fraught with uncertainties. the market is attractive but we need to improve law and order to at least a basic standard that allows businesses legal recourse.

Reforms in judiciary was one of the first things taken up by the govt in its first term, but the judiciary was not at all ready and was too resistant. That kept this issue on a backburner, dealing with people is much easier than dealing with those pompous intellectual lawyers and judges which already have a lot of left infiltration in them. Congress is nowhere competent to do them at all, they will write it on a paper and keep it in a file, that's what they did with many things, a lot of the things the current govt is doing were written on paper by Cong, but they never came around to even start the implementation process.
