Obviously this chap does not know where he lives. Balanced Country my ass. I left the Country of illiterate Ministers in 1969 and have gone back to meet family a few times. Every visit the moment I landed in Delhi i thought to myself why the hell did i come back. The poor are poorer, the middle class has disappeared and aside from the government oppressing a part of the populace to please some other part. Not much of significance has changed. Ask this guy what I said is inaccurate.

Jaishankar ji, please do not drumbeat and fool your own people. By repeating endlessly how incredibly fast the country has progressed in the last 10 years, you have started to sound extremely cringy. Neither does per capita income nor HDI reflect the extraordinary growth that you keep parroting. Growth is undeniably happening, but it is not much different from the earlier UPA and NDA governments.
