The CRPF eliminated 11 KUKI militants recently for firing at them thinking that they might overpower the mighty Indian forces. In return the Kuki militants butchered 6 innocent women and children, among which there was just an 8 months old baby and thus this recent public unrest escalated. This proves who is against the Indian Govt. Yes you are right those are the Kukis.
