I like all the nations. My number one reason to play this game is the variety we already have and the massive variety that is still waiting for us. However if You are new I can recommend You to Get Turkey or Germany first. Turkey is always helpful and somewhat easy to understand. Germany has something good against every unit type. Russia is very very versatile and a light knight rush in the medieval era plus Russia in IR is seen a lot at the moment but unless You rush your enemy quickly after reaching IR you will struggle to face pretty much any armoured units and in my experience new players are not so quick at upgrading through the eras. Asia is easier to upgrade because it´s cheaper which is a good argument for turkey, but overall they don´t have very powerful units until You come to the industrial revolution. Where turkey has Snipers (good anti-air and anti-infantry unit) light cannons, very fast artillery unit with a good punch and mortars with a high range. In IR2 You have access to APCs which are nice and to Camel-RPGs which is a heavy hitting somewhat quick unit that can be really annoying to deal with and is able to flank around enemy defenses. Yeah I guess I´d reocmmend you to get turkey. I really like India but I cannot really recomend it at the moment. They have the fastest tanks and the highest population limit, but the tanks lack armour and fire power in comparison to other nations and other than that their units are kind of obsolete by the time you get access to them. So going IR2 for 50 extra Population and then spamming Bomber Balloons is probably one of their most powerful moves after the wheeled tank spam. Both can be countered with a little bit of effort. Let me know if this was helpful or too much or not enough info. I´ll gladly help you out more. You should watch my "Visit Russia... " video to get a nice overview of how you can play turkey in the game.

Solomon Raz i really didn‘t expect such a specific answer! Really helped a lot! Only thing i heard is that germany is quite expensive Resource wise and i‘m quite often lacking that haha and i don‘t see germany players using anything else than big bertha tbh. I was interested in India but since i rarely reach IR2 in FFA you‘re right. In russia or britain im probably least interested so i‘ll definitely watch the other video you recommended! Thanks a lot!

LMAO :D Yeah the map generator really screwed you hard. You'd have to send back your workers into your allied territory and build a temple asap and still lose houses and workers, but stay alive and climb slowly to IR. It happens, and it sucks when it does :/
