Interesting. Welcome to the UK. Unless you intend to do a bit of sightseeing in London on your way to Leeds, you're far better off flying either Emirates or Qatar Airways. You will transit at Dubai or Doha for a direct flight to Manchester. There are 32 direct trains a day from Manchester Airport to Leeds and the journey time is just over 1.5 hours.. I suspect you will save a ton of money too.

Hi jasmine, I'm coming to leeds 27th of this month I'm flying with etihad from Hyderabad They are connecting me from Heathrow central train station to leeds bradford airport in a train. My doubts are : Do I have to go through immigration at London before boarding train or does my immigration takes place at Leeda bradford airport?

I think you'll have to go through immigration in London right after landing. They usually guide you at the airport, so no worries about that.

Hi! You can book the bus tickets from national express site from India only but be careful about timings and everything, refunds may not be possible. It's also possible to book it on the spot in London but it's risky if you don't have enough time in your hand. It's peak time since many students will be travelling so may not get the right bus at right time if you don't have pre-booked tickets. Trains can also be booked from the train line site. You just have to manage travelling between airports and stations.

Hi! usually there aren't an direct flights. You might get direct from Delhi to London but that may not be convenient. You can Skyscanner website for all available flights. to Bradford and Manchester as well.

you can check out sites like uniacco, unipol, amberstudents for private and cheap accommodations. Look for areas like Hyde Park, Burley, Headingly, Woodhouse if you want the ones closer to campus.

Yes, there are a lot of options for part time jobs. You just need to make sure of the timings for applying and how you can fit that into your daily schedule. University offers a lot of part time jobs as well. You can work on campus or from home and they are mostly around 10 pounds per hour.

hi, I'm in Royal Park Flats. It's uni accommodation and the is one of the cheapest ones for PGs (around 5500 pounds per year). It's also quite close to the campus, around 14-15 to University Union building.

Hi! For private accommodations, when you check out their websites (like unipol, amberstudent, and uniacco), you can use filters to check some cheaper accommodations. Since i've lived in university accommodation under university of leeds, I'm not really sure about private accommodations.
