I am aware about preparing the bhansar and the yatayat permit once in nepal for my bike. but what i am confused about is that my bike is in my dad's name. not in my name. will that be an issue? is travelling via bike to nepal from india needs the person on whose name the bike is? Also can you tell me if we have to make both Bhansar and Yatayat receipt or just making the Bhansar will do?

yes buddy its safe to travel in nepal and you will surely enjoy the trip, just ask local before camping at any spot , so to any miss happening and miss understanding camping at wrong place at wrong time wrong weather can be dangerous to your life other then that no issues bro

As a Nepali I can tell you, Manang is much better than mustang. Views are better and less crowded its less touristic.
