I am not a terrorist. I have never been in trouble with the police and I do not support attacks on unarmed civilians i.e. non-combatants. However, the civilians in Kashmir have a right to resist the Indian army, BSF, CRPF and J&K Police.

I think now we are going to the area where one must say that we have to agree to disagree. He is not only spy but also current navy officer which he confessed off camera briefing moreover, he confessed in front military court judge where he was provided full legal counsel. According to law he will have right to appeal along with mercy request with president of Pakistan. And according to law of the land he was trial in military court to face court-martial. I know now your response will be that he was retire office. Like I said earlier agree to disagree.

I believe if pakistan is very strongly sure about Kulbhushan than they should let India have counselor access. By giving counselor access it wont free him from Pakistan but it will certainly put an end to speculations both the sides. Pakistan should not demolish a single open channel to dialog by providing this access.

According to India, he is a retired naval officer running own business in Iran and Pakistan have abducted him from Iran. Pakistan sources has provided contradictory information on place in Pakistan he may have been arrested and about evidence against him. He said to have a VALID Indian passport. I dont know under which name but if it is under a Muslim name then the reason can be simple that it could be safe to stay in Iran under this name. Now it would be best for Indian and Pakistanis to watch news and debates on both countries channel and make own conclusion what is true and lye.

Dharmesh Gandhi For your info, he had two passports one with real name and other one with muslim (fake) name. He also rented a flat in Mumbai from his mother under the same fake name. Is it that easy in India to have a passport under fake name? I will urge you to try to get one for yourself and see what happens! India needs to come out clean on this issue.

Thanks Dharmesh for your reply... As per my understanding, nowhere on this earth, a travel document is issue with a completely different name to have a safe stay , or trip. And since its a valid Indian document with altered /changed name, it concludes that Indian government was involved with him to travel undercover which affirm him as a spy. As per Pakistan, he was arrested in Balouchistan. To me him travelling under false name is enough of a reason to have him arrested. Indian media is asking to provide the proof as per Pakistan dossier was sent but Indian authorities decline saying the evidence in not satisfactory. Let me take you to the example of Surjit Singh, in Pakistan he declined charges that he was spying for Raw and later on when he reached India, after being detained for 35 years he confirmed that the allegation by Pakistan authorities were eight and he was a spy working for RAW. My friend,, we live in a world where things are not fair, when Pakistan asked for a proof of surgical strikes , India said that they do not need to furnish anything, and now Pakistan is saying the same that they do not need to furnish proof to India. The indians who hate Pakistan so much for not providing proofs should have raised their voice when proof of surgical strike were demanded. Rule should be same in both scenarios, not different for India and different for Pakistan.
