Yes the new terms are causing problems to the students that were working hard to be in the Indian Army, (my solution was to announce these terms now and apply them after 2 years so that students can choose if they want to work for it), but these terms are very beneficial for future.

While we all must be quite proud of India’s Strategy to counter China’s threat but I think the general public is being lost in the propaganda of both nations trying to outplay each other’s military might! The real threat for India is the dependence on Chinese economy! The trade between India and China is 130 Billion dollars per annum out of which 97 billion dollars is India’s import from China! The exports to China from India are majorly Iron ores which are raw materials which is not good in the long run, while we import majorly finished goods and machineries! So China is building their infrastructure while we buy their factories product! The real wargame is played out behind close doors and on a much higher level than what the general public believes in! Military threat is no doubt a very big threat but we all must agree that both nations being nuclear powers would never resort to indulge in direct military confrontation! So we must not get too over excited about what we see and hear from the media! Both the governments are trying to keep their public under the impression that they have the upper hand in military strategy while both of them know that it is not the deciding factor!!

I just said that there is a different wargame being fought on the economic front and we need to strengthen there!! Coming to China and Russia, China imports 11.8 million barrel everyday and Russia exports 8.7 million! So first thing is that Russia alone cannot full fill the demand and moreover no nation would export all its oil to another nation! That would make Russia heavily dependent on China to buy its oil! So at the end of the day, China stills needs those shipping routes!!

u should look up more about the QUAD. Its a grouping between Japan India USA Australia which firmly believes that there should be free and open and inclusive Indo Pacific directly counterring china about there hardcore stance in South China Sea. QUAD was sleeping sometime but got active soon after Donald Trump and Shinjio abe (former japanese PM) is known as the architect of QUAD. QUAD is not a military grouping but yes they do counter Chinese expansionism in Indian Ocean.

@@sosoable I didn`t hear from the media but from the residents of the states and Union territories, Sikkim is just beside my state WB, my family went there just 2 years ago and they received a warm welcome and love from, the people there, they are Indian by heart, You just stop listening to Chinese media propaganda, in our Country caste system is not taken seriously, and by the way, lower caste people are more benefited and prioritized in our country they get reservations everywhere incl our prestigious institutes like IITs,IIMS, AIIMS, and all govt jobs, Indian know that they will never enjoy it other countries, they are lower caste people by name, it is a beneficial tag for them, our beloved PM, PRESIDENT ALL ARE LOWER CASTE PEOPLE. We have a problem in Kashmir due to jihadis and terrorists brainwashing them but 60% support us and want to stay in India, Watch Videos of Yana Mir, a Kashmir Valley resident, Bhutan and Nepal people take it as a boon that India is their neighbor, I have talked with many of them, we are building Nepal`s broad-gauge railways, our UPI system accepted both in Nepal and Bhutan, We supply cheap electricity to Bhutan, don`t pressurize them for money like your govt did to Sri Lanka and pak now, our govt is bankrupting other weaker states, and now they had to pay the price for it, except pak their only aim is to make India islamic, which is not possible anyway, Rather Nepal, Bhutan, and Sikkim feels safe with India according to the views of residents there.
