18:15 yes this is India. The crowd in the general class which are mere 2-3 coaches who usually travel short distances without booking upfront. 18:20 No this is not India. It’s Bangladesh. India has the highest coverage of railway electric lines in the world at about 95% and people cannot stand over the trains because of that and Indian trains are not of 1900s with shady green and maroon colours. Additional point: Big changes are happening in Indian train systems where AC and Non AC are being launched separately, short distance (100-250kms) and long distance trains (both with AC) are being launched separately. The target to complete this transition is 2028. Vande bharat train is one example of it. 23:48 both the currency notes shown here are not in circulation.

Hi! Thank you for this! What area are they in? We went to Ranthambhore to see the tigers. I haven’t heard of Tadoba or Jim Corbett.
@doglovers814Ай бұрын
@KinfolkTravels ik, ranthambore is quite famous internationally due to its heritage, but tiger sighting chances are much better in Tadoba which is in Maharashtra state near Nagpur city and Jim Corbett is in Uttrakhand state near New Delhi. Tiger sighting chances are lesser in Jim Corbett than Tadoba, but the forest is worth watching, especially the Dhikala zone in early morning safari in winters. The best zones are Adegaon Gate for Tadoba and the Dhilaka zone for Jim Corbett. Whatever you would want to visit, just book the tickets at least 3 months prior as these are the most famous zones, and they get sold out in no time. You can check on KZbin, which is the official forest department website to book from

I suggest you to travel with someone alongside take help from your Indian friends. India is such a Lovely place. You will enjoy more with someone by your side. You can see Cold desert, Ice cap mountains and Tallest peaks in the world in Ladakh, Himachal and Uttarakhand states! You have places in india which have temperatures as low as -30 C and as hot as 50 C. You have rainforests like tropical countries in western ghats ranges, Beaches like Maldives in Lakshadweep, Andaman Islands are like Indonesian archipelago, The North East have beautiful waterfalls, Caves, similar to SEA countries! You have a hot Desert like the Arabian countries! You can see the most fertile plains in the world just like Ukraine and Argentina India is blend of All countries. Ignore Delhi and Northern states India is much beyond Delhi and Agra! If you visit Northern states please be aware in Nights. That's it! You'll be safe if you are with someone. We Indians ourselves don't prefer solo travelling in other states. You can find 1-2 peoplewill be rude nut at the same time you will see 5-6 people around you who will be hospitable and ensure safety and make you feel comfortable. Very useful, comprehensive, & accurate, so my comment may be a bit nitpicky. Anyway, am a little surprised to see caste being mentioned. It has no relevance in today's India, be it for foreign visitors or Indian tourists. In fact, many Indians feel that the inaccurate portrayal of caste in the West was simply a British divide & rule subterfuge, therefore still badly misunderstood. It might be more appropriate for visitors to be aware of religion in the subcontinent, conflicts over which many inaccurately (because it predated their arrival) blame the British.
@KinfolkTravelsАй бұрын
Thank you for watching and the feedback. ☺️ I guess for me coming from South Africa where we had apartheid a lot of things started making sense about India once I learned of the caste system. There are so many simulaties between our two counties and because of being colonized by the British and these systems that were implemented I felt like I really gained a deeper understanding of the country and what its dealing with today as we South Africa is going through similar things. Maybe it wont be as valuable for people from countries that didn’t deal with those issues. ☺️
