Even for being self-reliant we need to have high lvl of expertise... Merely setuping up factories/institution/infrastructure or investing huge amount in R&D won't help us... Unless we know how things actually work... If we as a nation want to improve our manufacturing sector & tech industries etc; we need to invite foriegn companies(🇺🇸🇪🇺🇨🇳🇹🇼🇯🇵🇰🇷) or collaborate with them until we are fully self sufficient & self reliant.

Bro Manufacturing unit are strategically built at those region/state who have acces to sea port... Since 90% of trade(export/import) are through seaways... Setting up factories in a landlock states(ex North India/North East/Central India) will cost both time & logistic supply.
