Thank you so much to AIFF for arranging the live stream. Have to say pathetic display from the women's team, Nepal clearly the better side throughout the game, we were lucky to draw the game, I am not sure how we are ranked above Nepal and Bangladesh, both teams of them are playing better football than us. Stupid Penalty given away by Sweety, and extremely poor defence and midfield play by India, Manisha's doing some good work, but apart from her no other player had the urgency or commitment we were hoping for, Nepalis were giving it all in the field. This team cannot even win the Saff championship, let alone doing well in Asia cup or ever qualifying for Fifa World Cup. I'm 26 and by looking at the state of Indian football I don't think we will ever see India playing in the world cup, I guess that is the life of an Indian football fan, we support, we hope , we lose , we are disappointed over and over again till the day we die, that's our life. Have to say the women's team is playing much better football than the u20 or u17 team, this means all we have are darker days ahead, if this is the kind of performance we see, then the players should not expect a full stadium any time soon, don't complain about lack of support if this is what we get in return.

Despite having much better facilities and training compared to other South Asian teams the Indian team is still lagging behind for the big win . Nepal has a better side today and a very tough opponent for India but it's a game and there will be ups and down Better luck next time From Nepal 🇳🇵🙏

@@googlygyan Nepal were clearly the better side , if Sabitra hadn't missed those chances in the first half , Nepal would have been the clear winners, I agree with the fact that football is a game of Ups and downs, the challenge for us Indian fans is that we hardly get any Ups, I cannot even recall when was the last time our team played well against a quality side, despite having the potential we possess we are nowhere close to beating Bangladesh and Nepal.
