@@shaktibhai_01 No no, You didn't get my point. Had everything happened the way it is, but just Mahi playing the last 10 balls, India would have won the match. Mahi was known to do stuff like these. I have seen him a lot. And on this day, he was way to much in control. His bat swing had so much of stability, he was playing classic drives for singles, which isn't the common. Mahi was not technically to sound, but that day he was looking too good. Him leaving the balls clearly suggested that he had his plan. And his plan was working, untill, Martin Guptin hit his greatest bullseye.

@@cocmaster6237 se brother, This was Dhoni's Thing. To take the game to the last overs. If the match is completely on him to win, he always did it. And was quite successful in doing that. He only failed like 4 times in his career doing that. And its great considering he is been doing this way of chasing since 2012. It was a tried and tested trick. Basically in last overs, due to T20 and batting revolution, regardless of the format, the pressure is on the bowlers to finish the job even if they have good runs to defend. As compare to earlier in the innings were bowlera are more dominant while bowling, hence making bowlers do mistakes. And Dhoni was good in converting those mistakes into his advantage. The number of runs in 2019 SF, was always within Dhoni's range, therefore he never tried to take risk, and at the same time, Jadeja was taking risk on the other end, so it made sense for Dhoni to go to the end. All the controversy is about the result. Because India lost the match Dhoni became the villian, had Dhoni played the last 10 balls, he would have been listed as God or something.

@@cocmaster6237 with jadeja being in form, their were high chances of them 2 having a chance to finish the match. Dhoni being way too experienced, knew this is exactly the moment where mistakes will happen from their end. Fighting a lost battle is easier, but is You get hope that You can win this one, thats when we start thinking, and also thats where mistakes happen. Dhoni and jadeja played risk free shots, as theh didn't wanted to loose their wkt at that point exactly, because apart from them 2, no one else is left to score all those runs. Remember Dhoni's pull shots in that match??? I remember 3 of them that were racing towards the boundaries but were cutt off by the feilders. The bowlinv was really good too. It was a great contest. But then Jadeja made an error ending his PERFECT innings. This left Dhoni alone. As Jadeja went out, Dhoni took things in his hands and hence played attacking shot on the 1st ball of 49th over, and it went for a six. Although Dhoni was all alone, but he was way too experienced for that situation. So, it was going good. He was aiming for the last over, trying to leave 18-20 runs for the last one, because Jeemy Neesham, the only NZ inexperienced bowler who didn't looked that good that day was going to bowl the last over. All the plans were going well, untill Martin Guptil affected the best run out of his career.
