PAKHER RAGHLE PEKHAWAR TA 👑 When the Whole Arbab Niaz Stadium in Peshawar chanted SACHIN SACHIN 🤩 The Indian team landed in My City Peshawar on 3rd of Feb 2006 to play the 1st ODI. On the 4th of February, they visited MICHNI CHECKPOST near PAK-AFG border. Sachin Tendulkar thoroughly enjoyed it as described by one of my uncles who was there. The Great Man then had a Fantastic Outing in Peshawar ODI scoring a Delightful 100 on the 6th of February 2006. During his batting, the Crazy Peshawar crowd Chanted SACHIN SACHIN during Batting as well as Fielding. The Great Man also responded them with Lovely Gestures and was very thankful for their Support 🤩

I feel like this is peak ODI cricket. Both the Indian and Pakistani teams were so balanced in skill level and it was always so competitive that it was an absolute treat to watch. In addition to that, there is always pride on the line when our two countries play each other even in an ordinary bilateral series. Hopefully the political tensions between the 2 countries can reduce so India can tour Pakistan again and vice versa. One day, I am sure this will happen.

Though technically not great Pathan was a fearless batsmen. After his stint as a bowler post 2007 he could have concentrated more on batting and occasionally bowl ( Steve Smith and Camerone White were bowlers) . He batted fearlessly aginst any opponent . In 2008 Sydney test match he scored a fifty against Australia and was MOM where entire Indain batting line-up was finding it difficult to find runs. In that way he could have made himself available for T20s and IPL
