Reasons why we lost this home series - 1. Gambhir , sehwag and yuvraj were below avg Batsman after WC 2011 even all 3 formats with very poor fielding. 2. Yuvraj is bad with bowl too. ( Can't blame him much he won WC for us when he had cancer) 3. Sachin Tendulkar retirement 4. Kohli used to score runs for fun but only series he went flop and without single 50 fifty. 5. Dhoni was great with bat with no support from others. ( only in keeping and captaincy he was little out of form) 6. Raina only 2nd batsman who was in form but he wasn't able to play his ATTACKING cricket bcoz no support from top and middle order. 7. Rohit was useless until CT 2013 came. 8. Medicore spin attack which wasn't even able to take wickets in middle overs like chahal, kuldeep does. 9. Ashwin has 33+ avg in odis 🤢 10. No pace bowler with 140+ speed and proper line length consistently. 11. Ishant was never good bowler in white ball. 12. We had worst bowling attack in ODIS until bhuvneshwar, shami and Bumrah came.
