It gives me immense relief that Narendra Modi is the PM of India , a extremely intellectual , strategic man . Arnab Goswamy should know that India cannot stop water flowing into Pakistan even if it wanted to. India has not built any dams across the rivers that belong to Pakisan as per the treaty (Indus, Chenabs, Jheulum). It would take another 10 years at least to do so. Every time India has tried to build a dam Pakistan has objected even tho' the treaty says India can build any number of dams.
