This video has very narrow details about ISRO . A country needs huge industrial infrastructure to pursue a space program like india . ISRO is only an umbrella organization which designs space missions but the manufacturing of satellite and lunch vehicles are done by private and public sector companies . A rocket has millions of parts and sub assemblies and all are manufactured by indian space industrial ecosystem . India has now 5th largest space industrial ecosystem in the world . So does such ecosystem exist in Pakistan to make a 26 storied rocket ?
