If Shankar is opting for good coming age music directors like SaNa, GVP, Dhibu, Gibran I would be more than happy to look forward for a new magical combo. But Aniruth, Thaman songs are just a momentary hype, no technically good or soul stirring tunes produced by them so far. No one is listening to Arabic kuthu or Ranjidhame now. Surviva was released with a huge hype, but no one even remembers the song now. Who listens to why this kolaveri which was a global sensation? But Jai ho, Vande Matharam is played for all Indian match. Quality is more important, which Aniruth clearly lacks. If my factual comment sounded like a Hater's comment to you. It's not my problem. PS: I liked Anirudh's work in 3(excluding kolaveri), Jersey and David which was not soul stirring but definitely falls under good songs category.
