वीर बाइ डिस्कवरी भारतीय वायुसेना अकादमी पर डॉक्युमेंटरी प्रस्तुत करता है।ऐयर फोर्स अकादमी डंडीगल में फ्लाइट क़ैडेट प्रिया और अमोघ को हवाई जहाज़ उड़ाने के पहले चेयर फ्लाइट पायलट प्रशिक्षण और कॉकपिट ट्रैनिंग से गुज़रना होगा।
Chair Flying: This is the first step where flight cadets have to practice and familiarize themselves with every component of a cockpit in a simulated environment.
Cockpit Flying: Sitting in the actual cockpit, flight cadets have to follow the instructor commands. By this time cadets are aware of every switch and controls in the cockpit.
Taxi Run: This is the biggest pre-flying test where cadets have to perform a taxi run. This exercise is monitored very strictly to see if the cadets can perform the taxi run in a straight line following the yellow strip. This is much difficult than driving a car. If the performance is not satisfactory, cadets have to start again from chair flying.

Actually it should be based on personal intelligence & qualities rather than diversity. I will give you example of field Hockey. when India used to win olympic games, most of the field hockey players used to be from Punjab or northern India. Since they started this diversity thing, India did not win any medal in olympic games. This is result of diversity. Any person should be selected based on his/her own qualities,rather than Diversity .

Chair flying helps in cockpit analysis - we are first time sent in the cockpit - taxi run wherein on instructions, we practice to run the pilatus on a yellow line precisely - passing this, we'll be sent for flying sortie level of stage 2 for 100 hrs sortie - hair cut by satya anna - 'i dont tell you how to fly, you don't tell be how to cut' by satya - he gives a perfect look to cadets - he cuts in 0 shape hair only to stage 0 cadets depicting that cadet is currently at 0 losing all his egoes, no 0 cut for stage 1 and stage 2 cadets - only fauji cuts.

NIKHIL AHER It means last haircut at the Academy, after completing his training in Pilatus aircraft he will transferred to Hakimpet ( if he get selected for fighter) where he will learn to fly Kiran Aircraft. That is why that was his last haircut at the Academy, next haircut will be at Hakimpet.
