5 am day starts - flying cadets go for sortie, stage 0 cadets go to PFTC pre flying training course - 2 hrs physical + 6 lecture - 7pm to 8:15 pm for open door study period in proper outfit, back straight and open room.

Training 1. Focus on running faster, long jump 2. Demo aircraft has to be increased so that they are getting training daily how to reduce the time in start operation 3. Increase the intake of liquid to body 4. Fish based food with fresh water herbs, salt based soups,cool drinks, fruits, honey, camel milk, camel meat,etc 5. Practice how to east faster at aircraft, drinks faster,etc 6. Training more on usage of life jacket, parachute 7.Practice of removing while in driving 8. Training on Individual living in forest, desert, sea 9. Practice of eating more of animal meat
