Crunchyroll Anime Awards are organized every year since last 8 years and people often criticize it when the winners only reflect popularity. So I did my own awards in Indian Anime Space. And the results will tell you the fault in the whole system!

Bleach Deserves bcz Not only did it make the continuation good but Bleach also improved the content of the manga, although it was not improved as much as Dandadan's Acro silky backstory, but due to this thing, even the Manga readers can enjoy the series in a new way.

Bruh yeah when I was voting for this I saw blue box there and immediately knew that it’ll make the spot since it was really overhyped before it’s airing and a lot of anime watchers who are not fan of romance genre but have to vote for it (in romance genre) they went with blue box cause it’s romance/sport so much ppl non-romance watchers went with blue box as it has great animation (not that danger in..heart not have but still you know what I mean) and it’s clinged to sports that’s why but if you tell to make the decision amongst romance watchers went know the dangers in my hearts is the top spot taker not even that shitty A condition called love also that was next level trash

It isn't mathematically correct to compare CWS awards with Crunchyroll award coz the sample size of data between both have a huge gap not to mention the way they weight votes is not the same as simply calculating percentage. So comparing and drawing conclusion based on both doesn't make statistical and hence even probabilistic sense. Also I would like to mention that Expectations E(X) for both have huge variances when comparing.

True the difference in votes between the two awards show is huge so it's technically not fair to compare it with cr one if csm award had that much amount of vote the winners would be more one sided and I highly doubt bleach would have won it's popular but shows like sl and ddd grasp more audience

But even if we put all the statistical jargon on the side the fact that one award is regional and another is a global one plays a huge difference not just in sample size but even in voters behaviours.

Modern Shonens, old Shonens jaise One Piece, Bleach, Naruto aur Hunter x Hunter ke aage nahi tik paa rahe. 2024 mein Togashi ne 10 Hunter x Hunter chapters release kiye. Isiliye inko Big Shonens. Dandadan aur Frieren shayad next Big Shonen ban paye in the future.

The problem is, not many people have watched niche anime which are really good and they just know the trending ones and they vote upon that but you can't even say that that's completely wrong because on the popularity basis and being well known those anime are doing great even if there are many amazing stories animation style art style but if they are not popular enough or well known they will stay on their position but sometimes the best of these niche gets popularized and that feeling is amazing for the old fandom and for the people who will get to enjoy it now I just wrote this paragraph for no reason at all I am sleepy tired but can't sleep because I have many things to do and I will watch this video and do those things thank you for reading this

All these years, for almost a decade bleach has always been considered the worst of the Big 3, many don't even consider it as a part of the big 3, and now the new Tybw came back as a banger, with great plot, motives, flights and even animation and you all have problem with that too? If you are biased towards some specific anime then it's your own choice. Bleach winning the best anime doesn't mean it's because of popularity, if it was then it'd have been winning the other years too. Frieren didn't lose,it was a tough competition, it just means bleach was simply better, keep your own bias to yourself
