When you dial in your PCV on a dyno the exhaust will sound deeper and smoother vs the Indian stage one tune.

Still making less than my 14 Cross Country, but the real gains will be with cams. S and S developed some for Tyler O'Hara's King of the bagger race. And if I understand correctly Polaris assisted them in the ECU tune, but not sure. I hope the heck that S and S will bring the cam(s) to market and it would be great if Maximus could do their magic with the ECU as they did with the Victories. All in all, some really nice gains Mr. Fish, and happy it meets the seat of the pants test, that in the end is all that matters. Keep us updated.

I got the same bike I'm doing air intake and exhaust with a cat delete if I get the power commander do I have to take it to the dealer for a reflash? The dealer won't give me a straight answer because they're afraid I won't pay them any money..

So if I were you I would spend the money and have it flashed by Lloyd'z Garage Then you will get rid of the speed limiter and better idle and other stuff

I have never had RVS Tune just this power commander.. But that being said the Tune is that way you have to go.. I don't think anyone will do a power commander now..

Hey Fred. Just to pass on this info which you may have heard about at RVS. I took my '18 Chieftain w/116, Rhinehart true duals, and Lloyds 585 cams to Lloyds Garage to have it retuned last week. They said that Dyno-Jet has been upgrading their Dyno's. As a test Lloyds tested some bikes they had before and after the upgrade. The after numbers were down about 10% from what they had been. To further that info, I had a tune done at Pikes Peak Indian of Colorado Springs. It was 105hp and 124tq. We ran that tune on Lloyds dyno and got 96.31hp and 113.86tq. The new tune ended up being 97.96hp and 115.45tq. So there may be some that will be disappointed in the numbers they will see on their dyno runs in the near future. But remember what your man at RVS said. It's not about the exact numbers you see. It's about the differences in before and after on the same dyno. As of now, I could probably chase a few more hp and tq numbers by going to a 2 into 1 exhaust. But, the tune that Lloyds has done has about as smooth of a line in both hp and tq numbers as anyone can get. It is running so good now. So unless something exceptional comes out in the near future, I've done about all I can do.

RVS Performance had all the stuff done this last spring on his Dyno.. we have talked about it alittle.. but yes like you and Ryan said.. its the gains that matter that change of before and after is the difference! Yea a tune in Colorado may not be the best tune at sea level. Just because of the altitude.. idk.. but I do know pike peak are amazing as well as only heard the best things from Lloyd's garage!! Like you said if your bike is running great!! Then perfect!!. Ps dyno shoot outs are fun tho.. but there is such a difference in one dyno to another!

Dont know if you'll see this since its an older video, but dynos are a tool, they rarely give accurate #'s. Now with that being said, you are definitely making more power. That you barely had any airflow on that dyno.

My 2020 chieftain with the 116 and stage 2 cams puts to the wheel 102hp and 123 ftlbs of torque. (Per the dyno)

I would say that could be it.. but also some dynos are more conservative then others and I know that Ryan's at RVS is on the conservative side.. Like Ryan said its more about the gains not the end number.. but hot damn 113!! Nice
