Today I will be sharing a delicious pink sauce pasta recipe. Pink sauce is a combination of tomato and white sauces. Add to it the flavour of
chicken , crunchiness of fusilli, a pinch of indian method and you have the perfect homemade pasta recipe.
So Here's the recipe from my kitchen to yours.
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbs is tablespoon
Ingredients:
Chicken Marination:
200 gms Boneless Chicken
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp peri peri powder
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbs olive oil
Boiling Pasta:
1 Cup Fusili Pasta
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oil
White sauce:
1 tbs unsalted white butter
1 tbs All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tbs Mozerella cheese
Tomato Sauce:
2 Tomatoes ( Pureed)
1 tbs olive oil
5-6 Finely Chopped Garlic
1 Medium Onion Finely Chopped
1 tbs water
