I have trained these along with inside shoulder swings, with Jori the two go together like bread and butter. The outside swing was weaker at first but it caught up quick. I am surprised that I don't see these more in indian videos.

This movement is not traditionally used by north Indian pehelwans swinging joris and mudgars . But this is one of the common movements in the south Indian karlakattai system.

@@BlessedFigTree South Indians have 5 different Karalakattais, thopai, kai, kusthi, bujai, pudi karalai. There is book n cd also available 64 different swing methods. Google it.

Bought 2x 2.5kg clubs, started this training. It's super heavy, even when trying to pick light weights I understimated still how heavy it is. Bedankt Herbert!

@@srikanthreddy6626 1-2kg, there used to be 2lbs one in amazon, it is perfect for beginners. I doubt if it is there now.
