Technically we already do have a stealth bomber program. I think there are plans to upscale the Ghatak and make a bomber variant. It already has stealth and if you check the new U.S stealth bomber program, it is basically the same thing. I know there are talks going on about this. But, not much else in any public platform.

India land border is 15200Km, so as per you 100km means 152 helipad required, 2 helicopter means 304 helicopter required, For 304 helicopter 3Lakh cr required (156 helicopter 1.5lakh cr taken reference) Other cost including it's still cost is very high, Might be possible per annum 20 helicopter per year planned, it can be achieved, Immediately not possible our defence budget need to increase

All the projects are running delayed and where china and Turkey helping Pakistan to get weapon which are in terms of drone and even in Awacs we are lacking in awacs compare to pak and yes pak 5gen fighter jets will be soon inducted and we will induct amca after almost a decade wow.Project 75i Submarine delayed where China will be providing Pak with nuclear power submarine Asambhav sa kaise sambhav ke pak lead lena start kar raha hai ek kangal desh coz ccs is not given on time.Our Tejas manufacturing is so slow and Pak have many jf-17 fighters infact new gen Jf-17 which is equivalent to Tejas Mark 1A or even mark 2 and now J-10c.I know yeh Chinese maal hai lekin hai to sahi apna prodution rate hai hi nai utna Tejas banane ka.Ted bf ccs is also not given it is also crawling like snails speed.

See in 2019 how su30 due to super manuveribility evaded 5 amraam missiles but average manuveribility f16 was failure to evade a single r73 launched from mig 21. When two 5th gen will engage there will be a dogfight as both have to come close to detect each other.

for Tejas MK 1A , put on an AESA radar will not help much, there is no potential in Tejas, too small, with too short range, too tiny payload, too slow speed, too short air duration time, .............in summary it is just a junk. it is impossible for change any of those, but rather to just make a completely new one, however, India has no ability of doing that, so stuck with the junk you have, you cannot make good jet engine, even GE 414 is useless in today's world. you have no way of getting engine with max power of more than 140 kn, well China's WS 15 with max power 180 kn already. basically, there is no way out for India, any money you put on your so called make in India weapons will be totally waste. that is just a fact. however, as I said, it is your money, waste as much as you like, then you do not have more for more important aspect, such as to put into manufactures for making money.
