well points stated by you are totally wrong though passport ranking depends on multiple indicators but not the one pointed by you. some are visa free access,on arrival visa,evisa entry ,diplomatic relations with other etc. Why Indian passport treated badly in Central American countries? bcz Indians use those countries as donkey route to enter into America,that's why they keep check on Indians,bcz if their land is used for such practices they will treat you badly anyday.
