You cant argue with taste or how people consume items . Each country or culture is broaght up on different ways of eating or consuming , for example salt and tea is something the west doesnt combine , but is popular in India . Nordic countries love licorice , vennel seeds salmiaki , etc but others have a face of horror when consuming a small piece while the dutch and nordics consume kilos of the stuff a year .

@@celulatamil As i said ,on taste its hard to have discusion as every one has its own pallet. One tip on the stroopwavel if you have hot tea place it on your cup as it warms they sirup inside becomes warm and fluid its a much better experience . The gouda cheese is actualy one of the oldest still produced almos 900 years . each week of ageing ads a new experience young cheeses are used on bread , older cheeses for combination of sandwiches or blocks of cheese paired with wines , beers and dried sausages. the oldest cheese can be 4 years old . BTw the rice crackers are not realy dutch we dont have rice growing in the netherlands . the better quality chocolate are verkade , droste , blooker .
