I really appreciate the fact you name each stall, where it's located, and prices/variety etc, I love how each dish is shown being prepared AND eaten. These are adaptation of the traditional Malay dishes (some of them are themselves adapted from Chinese cuisine) by ethnic Indians (specifically Muslim Tamils) in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia so I don't think you'll find them in India unless they're introduced there by a former resident.
