😢I read his book it was fabulous, I come to know abt his personality 😢😢😢but he was martyred in Kargil war 1999. I was in tears at the end of book, highly recommended for reading 😭😭 In his last letter this line still gives me courage, motivation, By the time you get this letter i will be observing u all from the sky, enjoying the hospitality of apsaras , in fact i have no regrets even if i become human again i will join the army & fight for my Nation 😭

Vijayant Thapar's Nick name was Robin. I was lucky enough to meet him in person. Tripta Thapar Mam was our CLASS TEACHER in class 6th and i along with one of my friend used to go to their House for Tution while they were posted in OUR CITY - PATHANKOT. Once ROBIN had come on holidays and i met him then. I also went to meet MAM and SIR at their NOIDA HOME. It was such an emotional visit that it still gives me goosebumps ... JAI HIND TO ALL ARMY OFFICERS and THEIR FAMILIES ... ❤❤❤
