@@uvkvk yes, but the person on the other side is not willing to pay your price. The opposite party is discounting whatever the seller is asking because of the negative sentiments. Think Demand-Supply. There is too much supply from sellers and thus buyers can get lower prices. If everybody is selling the same thing and there is plenty of it then you know that you have bargaining power.
