I decided to give a chance to a short guy. He turned out to be a creep who started massaging my neck and poking my tummy on a first freakin meet-up. I still forgave him after he apologised upon me calling him out on his behaviour, went out a second time where he was acting like gentleman of the year, and the the third meet-up he flipped back to creep mode. Just because a man is short doesnt mean he is good. As long as we are not unrealistic with requirements for physical characteristics, we should go for someone who we feel attracted to. Because marrying someone nice who we dont wanna get jiggy with, is NOT doing right by someone. It's doing them sooooo damn wrong it should be criminalised.

Adjustments and compromise are two different things. Compromise is a negative term. You adjust in life with people you like or love, you compromise with people whom you donot have any particular liking towards or absolutely hate. Two different words, tow different concepts. The issue with arranged marriages is that you don't get enough time to appreciate the deeper parameters of a human being, so you judge them superficially and hence no particular liking to make one consider adjustments.
