I got hooked on multi day rides 25 years ago I love the southwest vistas, red rock country and open spaces where if something jumps onto the road you can see it before it gets there. Before moving to Mn 10 years ago I was riding 30,000 mi.+ yearly. retired early and lived in California so the weather was conducive for that and was single with no pets. Walmart has a road atlas with designated scenic roads highlighted get one of those and you will not be disappointed. That has been sort of my bible and if you take a wrong turn you might still be amazed.

So, as it doesn't sound like a lot of gain. But when you add it all up : Lost 22 lbs of weight Gained 9 on HP Gained 5.5 on torque It is a significant gain, for sure. Down the road, would think about cams, but, would look at the S & S or the Lloyd'z set, because the Indian set sucks ! Last but not least, I love the Harley dyno guy saying, what I've been telling people for decades ! You're paying a premium price for a premium cycle (H-D). Why in the name of God would you spend THAT much $$$ to have to shell out an additional $2500 to $5000 to make it run/ride right, like it should ??? No one has come up with a good answer to that question, to this day... Keep it going, Bro! And I'll keep watching !!!!

I like this Toce system in that not to loud idleing and great sound when getting on the throttle. Reminds me a bit of my Victory Tri-oval cobras, keeps the neighbors happy getting out of the neighborhood. I loved the look on your friends face and his remarks of how great the stock Indian suspension is compared to any Harley. Guess he did not know that Victory and Indian have been doing this for years and if he rode the Chieftain, Roadmaster, Springfield bikes he would find the same.

I took mine off my road glide when i traded it in and they fit and work very well. Another thing that works is T- Bags seat bag that sits on the passenger seat. Keep tools, riding gear, rain suit, wind shield cleaning stuff, water in saddle bags, clothing, laptop in the seat bag. when arriving at a destination everything I need overnight is there. It is like leaning back in a recliner and cruising. I keep liquids in sealed plastic bags so if they leak it is contained. Be safe. Looking forward to seeing and hearing your rig. Larry

@@Ridingfish some of us will be competing in audio contest and running more than two 800.4 amps will require another battery. For my build, I need 350watts to each speaker, that's upper lower, and bag covers, 100watts to each horn, that will be 3pair, and then 2k to the midbass/subwoofer drivers. So basically a 1 cicada 2000.4, 1 2000.1, and a small cicada 4 channel amp with say 100 watts per channel. And then a DSP.

Yo, Fish. Just a curiosity. Did the exhaust swap mitigate the heat temp on your right foot? I'm in Central Texas, it's winter (35Mornings/70Afternoons!) My right foot cooks on the pursuit while wearing leather boots. I'm hoping the Cat Delete will eliminate some of the heat because 100 plus temps in summer would be WARM on the feet!

@@Ridingfish I am a fan of the Indian bikes and much of their styling. But I get tired of the constant Harley bashing. If Indian is better at something promote that and leave it their without saying over the top bs about HD. Pushing people down does not push you up kind of thing. I Really like the Chief Darkhorse with 116 but got turned off by the many Indian blow guts. I bought and blacked out a new Harley Sport Glide real similar to the air cooled Chief Darkhorse. Did a warranty & epa compliant build. Nothing special screaming eagle cam etc no big bore its a 114 with a 50 state legal S&S pipe. 118 HP 122 TQ. It doesn't even have the stage 4 kit that has a bigger cam heads injectors. With the advantage of liquid cooling on yours I would think it should do better. I think Harley needs to come out with a bigger displacement version of their liquid cooled Revolution motor for their touring line much like your Indian Pursuit. Less torque and more rpm because its smaller at 1250cc but its rated 150 HP in the liquid cooled Pan American. Will it happen who knows.

Good morning. I was thinking more about miles per gallon. Touring is easier when you have more range between fill-ups. I think in one of your post you mentioned they should have added average mpg in their info. Some places predictability to fuel stops is a factor. It looks like you have persuaded me your set is the way to go. Does any of it affect the warranty?

Hi from Australia and hope it’s not to cold. I’m hoping you can help. I’ve been watching you videos now for a while and absolutely enjoy them, in particular the Lloys tune you have done. I’ve got a 2020 challenger and I’m thinking to do the tune here in Australia but I’m hearing mix reviewers on it. Saying the bike had to be put back to the indian factory tune. Then I hear the 2022 models work better with the Lloyds tunes. So I’m really confused and would love your feedback. Btw I have a KZbin channel “Road Tripper Oz” if you want to see who I am. Take care and look forward to your reply. Damian.
