This presentation looks funny..the truth is most of the contract labourers are local rowdies..you can't unload or load the cylinders without paying extra money..its run by rowdies..if you pay extra money the security will let you in..or if you pay 50rs..your truck can bypass the queue.. I've seen inside people smoking in the loading areas..these officials least give respect to the drivers..they don't even care if they come for collecting or submitting the forms for loading and unloading..the way you guys work like an utterly irresponsible idiots..you guys know very well what's going on inside and how the bribe and money works every where..but still you guys are keeping your mouth shut..and you will never realize that you will lose your jobs soon..the govt is trying their best to run a big company like this one..but the officers who run the firm are responsible for all the bad things happening inside the plant. Shame on you guys..
