Hey, according to section 464 , total number of members should not exceed more then 50 not 100 please correct it

No it is not incorrect. There is a difference between the RULE and the ACT. Rule 10 of Companies( Miscellaneous) Rules, 2014 prescribes 50 persons as the maximum number of partners. Ye prescribed limit hai, matlab itna ho to behtar hai but the ACT (section 464 of the companies Act of 2013 says maximum number of partners should not EXCEED 100. Rule khta hai ki 50 honge to acha hai, behtar hai, prescribed wohi hai lekin Act kehta hai agr 50 se upr hain toh 100 se upr nahi jana chhaiye.
