Ashwini Vaishnaw is par excellence Railway Minister. He is creating 21st century railway network in India, however, I have one suggestion, please provide multilevel parking facility at every Railway and Metro station and also provide e-buses to ensure last mile connectivity.

Rather than increasing numbers , increasing speed to 2.5 times will allow increased frequency of trains that will lead reduction in waiting period. Also ,tracks to new areas would unload many congested routs. Regional connecting rails like RRTs would be game changer because they will decongest many big cities and imporove prosperity of connectng areas . Railway has the largest rooftops available that can be used to provide clean energy ( solar & wind) to stations and nearby areas . Trains can be tested for hydrogen powered locomotives ...one boggy can be used for hydrgen cylinders , specially in goods trains .

Sir, now after 2014, Mumbai Suburbs trains services slowly deteriorate, and now some suburbs trains, running almost 60 to 90 minutes late and And generally, almost all trains running 10 minutes and 15 minute late as per time table. The present railway minister is only spoke only for bullets train, and generally, he not speaking about conventional trains services, but he almost 100% passengers and now no passengers travel in the bullet train. Secondly, for Mumbai to Ahmedabad, bullet trains almost Indian government almost spend two lakhs crores, and now, today's work is going on.... Sir, as per your announcement in this video Indian govt’s has spent almost 30 lakhs to 40 lakhs crores rupees for 8000 km network of bullets trains in India, so now on this movement this not possible.....plus this will take care of almost two to three crores people annually v/s. conventional trains now on this movement taking care of 900 crores passengers per annum......so this not justified expenses plus for improvement of present days trains services then almost 150 lakhs crores.....so what you say for bullet trains services this is not feasible at present movement......so give video which are realistic and true for the future to come.....thank you for your video..

@@richardsking I don't have problem with running bullet train but all new train which are running currently is at avg of less then 100km/hr including Vande Bharat. Majority of existing train like shatabdi, duronto can run at 160+ but it is under utilised. If government aim to run these train at an avg of 160+ automatically this would save 50% of time. If we want to become developed country then we should focus on our existing infrastructure and improve it that was my point. If we do then 90% of the people in India would get benefits not only corporates. Nitin Gadkari has proved it that we can build Road at faster rate in the world, but similar speed is lacking when it comes to railway even though it has improved compared to UPA government but still not enough.

Indian government should really understand which class group are really using trains and act accordingly? Bullet project project is going to be a big failure, no doubt in that, atleast for another 50 years. Indian government should focus on improving infrastructure to accommodate most of citizens comfortably and mostly affordable. If the price of air travel and train travel becomes same, people will choose which option really? Obviously air travel. Then railways operations will become a disaster.
