Billo is a punjabi bhangra, sung by Abrar ul Haq in late 90s (I guess). And something more to add is that Abrar was a professor of English. Currently he is affiliated with PTI, the political party of PM Imran Khan. He is also a social worker. His biggest achievement is Sughra Shafee Hospital which is a welfare hospital.
