It is 2 different dialects of balochi. Kaifi is from Lyari and Eva B too perhaps. Lyari is an area of Karachi where a mix of Sindhis, Balochis and Sheedi community people from along the Makran Coast live. Then there was Abdul Wahab Bugti from Sibbi area in Balochistan itself. Kaifi explains in one of the behind the scenes videos on Coke Studio's KZbin channel that the Balochi dialects from these two areas are very different, sometimes not even mutually understable. The lyrics in this song are written by all 3 vocalists so both dialects are represented in this song. Btw Coke Studio has now added subtitles of this song if you click the CC button in the original video.
