As for as your quest about "tum kahan se ho" is concerned, I as a karachite do not need to ask this, because everyone speaks Urdu but his own accent. So it's quite easy to assume his birthplace. People's appearance, height, color, dress, food, drink, likes and dislikes, belief, religion, all are the same. And the language of communication is also Urdu. The only difference is in their accent, by which they are clearly identified. And all these accents are very funny to listen to.. And people look very cute speaking Urdu in their own accent. There are many dialects among the Urdu speakers themselves, Urdu of UP, Urdu of Delhi, Bihari, Haryanvi, Hyderabadi, Bombay, Bengali, but the most interesting is the local Tapuri Urdu of Karachi. However, Karachi is a mixture of different people like Mumbai, and its twin sister
